How to use Roaming points?

For Redemption of Roaming Points:-


RM 1 = 1 Roaming Point

(Eg. 500 Roaming Points can redeem RM 5 off for your next wifi rental booking)


1. Redemption of Roaming Points will be subjected to not more than 10% discount of the total booking amount.

2. Roaming Points will be valid for lifetime use in accordance with the operation of Roaming Man in the Malaysia region.

3. If customers choose to redeem Roaming Points for booking of WiFi rental, he/she will not be able to apply "Coupon Code" for the same booking.

4. Roaming Points will not be applicable for products that are on sale or promotion.

5. Roaming Man reserve 100% rights on distribution & redemption of Roaming Points.

6. Roaming Points are not exchangeable for cash.






What is Device Protection Fee ?

Device Protection Fee of RM20/device is an additional service and it is OPTIONAL. It is non-refundable and subjected to the following terms and condition. 


Device Protection Fee DOES cover:

  • Missing or damaged USB cable

  • Missing or damaged pouch

  • Screen of device seriously scratched, and/or charging port blocked/damaged but equipment remains functional

 

Device Protection Fee DOES NOT cover:

  • Missing or loss of the device

  • Late return fee

  • Serious screen damaged / Screen cracked

  • Cancellation fee


Device Protection Fee is only applicable for rental device during rental service period and it is not applicable for purchased device.

** For 5G pocket WiFi, RM 500 / each device if equipment is lost, stolen or damaged/ screen cracked/ water damaged. 






How many devices can I connect to your Pocket WiFi?

Our 4G & 5G device can connect up to 5 devices. However, we would suggest connecting 2 to 3 devices to enjoy a smooth and better connection.






Cancellation and Refund Policy

Roaming Man may provide refunds for purchases, depending on the refund policies described below.

ü  Complaint(s) for unstable connection, device issue and etc. With immediate report to our respective customer service team. (subject for investigation result)

ü  Non-usage of data or less than 50MB on specific date

ü  Cancellation of order with supporting documents (if cancellation request is less than 10 days from travelling date, cancellation fee of RM30 will be charged per order/device)

 

1. Refund is not applicable to orders that are automatically cancelled by system due to failure to pick up device on time as well as there is no notification regarding cancellation/ postpone from customer which caused an order cancellation.

 

2. If the customer encounters any difficulty in using the service while at their destination, the customer must immediately notify Ucloudlink Sdn Bhd within the rental period in order to be entitled for any possible refund or discount to the charge. Any refund or discount to the charge is solely at Ucloudlink Sdn Bhd's discretion.

 

Any agreed refunds will take approximately 7 to 21 business days to complete.


 

 







Exchange Policy for Rental Device

  1. Customer who hold the device for more than 2 months and claimed that the device is faulty/not working and request for a replacement unit, the delivery cost of returning faulty device will be borne by customer.

  2. Customer who hold the device for less than 2 months and claimed that the device is faulty/not working and request for a replacement unit, the delivery cost of returning faulty device will be borne by Roaming Man.

  3. You then have a further 7 days to send the device back after submission of your exchange request. This period starts after the day of submission. Delivery of the replacement unit will be processed once we receive the faulty device.

  4. To be eligible for an exchange, the device must be in the original packaging.




How to earn Roaming Points?

Customer will be able to earn Roaming Points for every booking made on https://www.roamingman.my


Roaming Points can be redeemed for a discount on your future purchases. 






Do Roaming Points get refunded if I canceled order?

For order cancellation, Roaming points that are used on the order will be refunded to your account within 48 hours.


Do you charge any deposit ?

A refundable deposit of RM100 per device will be collected upon placing order.
