Terms & Conditions:
1) RENT & OWN is only for 3 months / 6 months Plans, the device for Rent & Own are used device, therefore, we have Exchange Policy to get you protected at point 4.
2) Payment Term
- Upfront Payment in full amount.
- Once payment has cleared, users are not allowed to change the plan.
3) Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Customer are not allowed to cancel the order before 5 working days from the activation date.
- Cancellation fee RM30 will be charged for every cancelled order.
- Non refundable for balance of data plan after activated device in any reason.
- The refund process will take place within 14 working days.
4) Exchange Policy
- 1 to 1 exchange only for faulty device & cable (exclude water damage) within 3 months / 6 months rental period (depends on the plan that customer subscribed).
- The company will not be responsible for any other consequences that caused by the user to the damaged device.
- The company reserve the right NOT to accept exchange or returns received after 3 months / 6 months rental period (depends on the plan that customer subscribed) from the activation date.
- If any exchange or replacement take place, users are required to pay for all the shipping and return charges.
5) Missing / Lost Policy
- The company reserve the right NOT to accept any reasons on missing / lost device to reclaim or request replacement within 3 months / 6 months rental period (depends on the plan that customer subscribed).
- Non refundable for balance of data plan after activated device in any reason.
6) Renewal Policy
- Every cycle of renewal based on monthly. Data will be given every starting period of activation date.
7) Recharge Discount Policy
- Recharge discount only applicable after 3 months / 6 months rental period (depends on the plan that customer subscribed).
- Overseas WiFi Package discount only applicable after 3 months / 6 months rental period (depends on the plan that customer subscribed).
8) Ownership
- The Equipment will at all times remain property of the company until 3 months / 6 months rental period (depends on the plan that customer subscribed). Customers have no rights other than temporary use. During the Services Period, no dismantling or part replacements are authorized without the written approval of UCLOUDLINK.
- After 3 months / 6 months rental period, the ownership of equipment will belong to the user.
- Once the ownersip has changed to user, there's no warranty after the rental period.
RoamingMan reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
