Cancellation and Refund Policy

These situations are qualified for refund and cancellation:

ü  Complaint(s) for unstable connection, device issue and etc. With immediate report to our respective customer service team. (subject for investigation result)

ü  Non-usage of data or less than 50MB on certain date

ü  Cancellation of order with supporting documents (if cancellation request is less than 10 days from travelling date, then we will charged RM 30 cancellation fee per order)

 

1. Refund is no applicable to orders that are automatically cancelled by system due to failure to pick up device on time as well as there is no notification regarding cancellation/ postpone from customer side which caused an order cancellation.

 

2. If the customer encounters any difficulty in using the service while at their destination, the customer must immediately notify UCLODULINK SDN BHD within the rental period in order to be entitled for any possible refund or discount to the charge. Any refund or discount to the charge is solely at UCLOUDLINK SDN BHD discretion.

 

*Any agreed refunds will take approximately 7 to 21 business days to be credited to your card*

 

 




What is activation start date?

Activation start date is when you want your WiFi service to start. E.g. If you're travelling to Europe on 1st Jan, the time you landed at Europe is 2nd Jan, you select the activation start date as 2nd Jan.

Please note Wifi activation follow GMT+8 Malaysia time zone.

Pick Up customer may collect the device 1 day earlier & return the device within 2 days after the usage end date. 


If your choose courier service, please expected 7 days for delivery timeline & return the device within 5 working days after the usage end date. 

I am travelling for an extended period of time. Am I able to use this device for 2 months?

Is there a minimum limit for the number of rental days?

Oversea Wifi Rental : Minimum rental period is 3 days

Malayisa Broadband Wifi Rental :  Minimum rental period is 30 days

I did not receive my order confirmation email! Did my order go through?

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard cards.

Is the activation date when I start using the device or the date I would receive my device?

Activation date is when you want your WiFi service to start.*Please take note that the wifi activation date & time shall follow +GMT 8 (Malaysia Time Zone).

What if I am travelling to multiple destinations?

If you’re travelling to multiple destinations, select different wifi packages according to your requirement. Your device will be activated for every country on our coverage list.

How can I rent a ROAMING MAN wifi hotspot?

You can rent a ROAMING MAN WiFi hotspot via our website. Click “Get Wifi” on the top right hand corner and select your destination.
