2) KLIA1 Terminal 2
Location: L3-59A, Level 3, Departure Level, Door 1, KLIA Terminal 2
Operating hour: 24 Hours (daily)
3) Mailbox (Ucloudlink Sdn Bhd)
Location: LG2, Unit 31-20, 2A, Q sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, 50470 Kuala Lumpur.

KLIA Terminal 1 & KLIA Terminal 2 operate 24 hours daily
You are obligated to be responsible for the safe and timely return of the pocket WiFi. If you fail to send the rental device back in time, or it just get lost on the way back, you will be charged for the cost of the device (Please check the Terms & Conditions).
We will take about 1-2 working days to check on the device condition and update in our system if the condition is met. A notification email will be sent to you to confirm your return has been processed.
We will ship out the device 7 days in advance from your activation date in order for you to receive the device on time.
However, if the parcel did not arrive before your departure date, you may contact us to proceed with a refund for your order.
Please note that paid delivery fee of RM15 is not refundable.
For customer who opt for pick up, please return the device within 2 days after service end date.
For customer who opt for delivery, please return the device within 5 working days after service end date.
We do provide delivery service for West Malaysia only. We process shipment from Monday to Friday (except for Public Holiday), and delivery will take about 2 to 3 working days to complete. The order that was placed before 10am, we will ship out on the same day.
For East Malaysia, if you would like to order (Rent & Own/Sales Device) and deliver to East Malaysia, our team is able to assist you manually. Kindly WhatsApp us at 0102508380 or email to enquirymy@roamingman.com for further assistance.
For customer who opt for delivery, your paid fee was including 2-ways delivery, you may pack the item (device with pouch, cable & user manual) with proper packaging (preferable in a box or packaging flyer), print out the airway bill and pass it to our courier partner. A copy of airway bill will be sent to your email once we have informed the courier partner for pick up at your doorstep.
For returning device to our service points, please return the full set to our staff.
