When will I be billed?

You will be billed immediately upon placing your order.

Is it possible to amend my billing address or other information after placing an order?

If any changes are needed for your order, including changing the shipping address, or extending the rental period, you can contact us via our website or send us an email to enquirymy@roamingman.com. We will then make the necessary arrangements.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, you can. However if your cancellation request is less than 10 days from your traveling date, you will be charged RM 30 per order and the remaining balance will be refunded within 7 - 21 working days.

How do I rent a ROAMING MAN pocket Wi-Fi rental ?

You can rent a ROAMING MAN WiFi hotspot via our website. Click “Get Wifi” on the top right hand corner and select your destination. 

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We encourage you to place your order as early as possible

For pick up, please order two days earlier than the activation date.
For delivery, please order seven days earlier than the activation date.

I am travelling for an extended period of time. Am I able to use this device for 2 months?
