If any changes are needed for your order, including changing the shipping address, or extending the rental period, you can contact us via our website or send us an email to enquirymy@roamingman.com. We will then make the necessary arrangements.
You can rent a ROAMING MAN WiFi hotspot via our website. Click “Get Wifi” on the top right hand corner and select your destination.
We encourage you to place your order as early as possible
For pick up, please order two days earlier than the activation date.
For delivery, please order seven days earlier than the activation date.

Activation start date is when you want your WiFi service to start. E.g. If you're travelling to Europe on 1st Jan, the time you landed at Europe is 2nd Jan, you select the activation start date as 2nd Jan.
Please note that Wifi activation follow Malaysia zone (GMT+8), activation time is at 00:00:00AM and expiry time at 11:59:59PM.
