Activation start date is when you want your WiFi service to start. E.g. If you're travelling to Europe on 1st Jan, the time you landed at Europe is 2nd Jan, you select the activation start date as 2nd Jan. Please note Wifi activation follow GMT+8 Malaysia time zone. Customer may collect the device 1 day earlier & return the device within 2 days after the usage end date.
Of course you can. However if your cancellation request is less than 10 days from your travelling date, you will be charged RM 30 per order and the remaining balance will be refunded within 7-14 working days.

You can rent a ROAMING MAN WiFi hotspot via our website. Click “Get Wifi” on the top right hand corner and select your destination.
