Yes, you may select activation date/travelling period based on your plan/destinations and you are advised to inform our Customer Service team on your purchases.
We will schedule activation for the different packages accordingly or you can contact us on the last day of your current package for another package to be activated on the following day.

Activation start date is when you want your WiFi service to start. E.g. If you're travelling to Europe on 1 Jan, the date that you will land in Europe is 2 Jan, then you may select 2 Jan as activation start date.
Please note that WiFi activation follows Malaysia time zone (GMT+8), activation time is at 00:00:00AM and expiry time at 11:59:59PM.
We would encourage you to place an order as early as possible.
If you opt for pick up, please place an order at least 2 days earlier from the activation date.
If you opt for delivery, please place an order at least 7 working days earlier from the activation date.
You will receive an invoice once you have returned the device to us. Please email to enquirymy@roamingman.com if you did not receive.
If any changes are needed for your order, please contact us at WhatsApp 010-2508380 or email to enquirymy@roamingman.com to make necessary amendment.
