First, visit the official website at https://www.singlewindow.sh.cn/hj/

Once entered to the website, click on “Arrival Card.”

Next, select your preferred language and fill in your name.

Continue by completing all the required details in the black boxes.

For Malaysian travellers, visa-free entry is available for stays in China of up to 30 days.

Proceed to fill in the remaining information, including the hotel name and the city where you will be staying. Under the purpose of trip, choose “Tourism.”

When asked “Have you booked the ticket for your departure?”, select “Yes” and provide your departure information.
For the question “Do you have any reception unit or contacts in China?”, you can select “No” if you do not have any.

The sections for “Name of Chinese inviting unit or inviter” and “Address or contact phone of the Chinese inviting unit or person” can be left blank if not applicable.
Next, list down how many countries you have visited in the past two years.

Finally, take a screenshot of your completed form and save the QR code to your photo album. Crop the QR code into a smaller image for easier scanning.
At the airport, scan the QR code at the self-service printing area for the entry card and print your immigration card.
