As we welcome the Chinese New Year festive season, we would like to inform you that Roamingman’s Q Sentral office will be closed from 16–18 February in conjunction with the public holidays.

To ensure you receive your Pocket WiFi on time, kindly take note of the following delivery schedule:

Last delivery before Chinese New Year: 13 February
Delivery services will resume on: 19 February

Orders placed after the cut-off date will still be processed, and delivery will resume once operations reopen.

We strongly encourage customers to place their orders early to avoid any inconvenience during the holiday period.
